We don't require a concrete pad to install our Top Rated Buildings. We can install on practically any surface, so long as it is level. We now offer concrete for limited areas.

Do I Need To Get A Permit?

Although we DO NOT require permits for installation, your local building department or permitting authority may require one in your area. Check with your local codes and planning authority if they are required in your area. We can provide engineering drawings at your request for.

What If I Don't See The Size I need Listed?

No problem at all!! We can build ANY CUSTOM SIZE metal structure designed specifically for you. Just call or message us with your custom requests.

How Long Does Delivery And Installation Take?

From the date we receive pictures of the spot/concrete ready for the building, we estimate a 3-5 week timeframe once it goes into scheduling. Most likely, it will be much sooner, but we would rather surprise you with an early installation than disappoint you with a delay. We found that 3-5 weeks is the best projection for keeping customers satisfied with our services.
